Rising issues related to public health

Covid 19 pandemic.  Covid 19 is one rampant arising issue that has struck the country and it has now been a major pandemic.Covid 19 is a deadly disease which all people should prevent at all costs by wearing masks to avoid the spread but at times  it is unfortunate that some people like do not adhere to the rules .Maintaining social distance at most 1.5cm is another remedy we as a society should adhere to in public places like schools,market but some people fail to observe this rule and thus overcrowd which increases spread of diseases.  Washing of hands with alcohol based sanitizer at all times is also helpful as people will prevent the spread of civid cases. Pollution . Proper waste management is another important aspect in public health.It should be well maintained by the entire society as a team work.It is quite unfortunate that in my homeplace still it has not be well maintained as one may find rubbish and bottles lying all over the town. ...

MY EXPERIENCE AS A FIRST YEAR.

I finally arrived at one of the biggest, famous and amazing University Of Kabianga  to pursue my course of bachelor of public  health which is located at Kapkatet town,Kericho county.I was more fascinated by how serene,cool and conducive the environment is.Its more of a paradise than a school as it has well- trimmed flowers and more trees hence it's a cold place  but the best and the most  beautiful place to be.   The institution greatly uphold hygiene and hence people are thouroughly inspected at the gate and briefed on how to promote Corona prevention like by sanitizing, wearing masks and washing of hands.  University of Kabianga has magnificent buildings for lectures to take place.Lectures are committed, social,interactive people who train students on not only what is in books but also what outside world entails and how to cope with.    I also liked the fact that this institution provide the bet accommodation...
